Our target is to improve the mental health among our schoolmates and then giving them solution to feel better and allow them to realise that negative thoughts are normal to occur.
Our schoolmates having negative thoughts are mainly from school stress ,
and also friendship problems.
We are planning to have activities that include physically and mentally improving the mental heath of our schoolmates like game booths, online or in real life venting, sports and more but since the pandemic we will plan to have the activities through digitally or having it with well social safety instructions.
